Dear Diary (Hi I'm new)

Dear Diary*

*not referring to pages of a private book for ones own purposes, but all of you reading this on your electronic device anywhere with internet access in this big crazy world.

''Have you ever thought about writing your own blog?"

Well yes, but then all the crazy stuff I write on here will be on the internet for years to come. "But you put your thoughts on Twitter anyways?"
Ooh you got me there. I do spill some deep thoughts on my twitter account, WHICH I had initially set up to vent about anything and everything possible on a girls mind (there can be lots), and that way I could reach people without being personally involved with them. Sometimes it's nice to speak to someone totally random  for a different approach to your situation...

'huh'

A bit about myself...I have lots of emotions in my mind which sometimes I just can't help but show. No, I don't cry every day (it's every other day). Don't get me wrong - I love life and appreciate every little bit of it, just my strong feelings become overwhelming leading to long crying sessions sometimes. Otherwise I am known to be quite the happy chap, high on life as my friends would say.

HAHAHA I used to love Glee
Anyways so my point is, because of all these built up emotions and happy times and sad times, I have always had a diary I can rely on to just say whatever I want without having to make someone sit through it and listen to all of it, not to mention actually have to come up with something to say after I have finished babbling on (that's the worst part).

But now? In 2014? Is it necessary to hold in our opinions and thoughts when we are living in the era of information and technology. A blog seems the most perfect combination of the two. It's rather exciting!

I don't know if anyone will read it, but if you are reading this and like what you see or even have any comments regarding how I can improve my blogs please leave a comment!

I hope to blog once a week, every Tuesday (hopefully), about anything I feel strongly about, such as my hate for reality TV, boys, the portrayal of women in the media, education, Asian weddings, my strict upbringing, and just random stuff too, like types of cheese I could live a lifetime off. I love cheese.

LOL just realised that sounded like I meant 'hate for boys...' I don't hate you boys. Yet.

A bit more...I am 19, studying English with Communications, have a 'wear the pants' type Mum, a 'rule the sofa' type Dad, 4 sisters, 3 nephews, 1 niece, a million cousins and a few friends who actually like me. Wowza. Oh and I am brown in complexion.

Awrh look there's me :)

Please comment, even if I know I've entertained a small amount of time of even one person it's still worth it! Follow me on twitter @notthatdeep and on instagram HaloumiNee.

I look forward to spilling my mind to y'all. xxx

(thanks to the guy on twitter that suggested it to me)
